Personal Backup is a private, non-commercial utility for backing up selected files from the operator's computer to a Google Drive account owned or authorized by the operator. It uses locally installed restic, rclone, and Google OAuth 2.0 / Google Drive API.

This utility is not made available as a public service and does not accept accounts, files, or backups from third-party users. This website only describes the utility and provides policy information.
3. Authorized use and Google services
The utility may access only Google accounts that the operator owns or is explicitly authorized to use. Google Drive and OAuth use remain subject to Google's applicable terms and theGoogle API Services User Data Policy.
4. Backups and responsibility
Backup selection, repository retention, recovery credentials, and restoration tests are managed locally by the operator. Backups depend on the availability of the operator's computer, Google account, and external services. This utility does not guarantee uninterrupted access or loss-free restoration.
5. No commercial offering
The utility is not sold, advertised, or operated on behalf of customers. No payment or registration is collected through this website.
6. Changes
The operator may modify or discontinue the utility and update these terms as the workflow changes.
