1. Purpose
Personal Playlist Migrator is a private command-line utility intended solely for the personal migration of playlist information between Google/YouTube accounts owned and controlled by its operator.
2. Availability
The application is not offered as a public or commercial service. No third-party user accounts are supported.
3. Authorized Use
The application may be used only with Google/YouTube accounts for which the operator has legitimate authorization.
It must not be used to access, modify, scrape, or migrate data belonging to another person without authorization.
4. YouTube API Services
The application uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth 2.0.
Use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Use of Google services is subject to applicable Google terms and policies.
5. Data Handling
The application processes only the data necessary to identify and recreate playlist membership. Data is stored locally on the operator's computer and is not intentionally transmitted to third parties.
6. No Commercial Service
The application is not sold, licensed commercially, monetized through advertising, or operated as a service for customers.
7. Changes and Termination
The application may be modified or discontinued at any time. Because it is a private personal utility, no guarantee of continued availability is provided.
